Below are directions of how to locate us from the major towns of Maidstone, Sittingbourne, Faversham and Ashford.

  • From the town centre follow the A20 towards Ashford
  • Continue on the A20 through Bearstead up to and past M20 junction 8
  • At the next roundabout take the left turning towards Eyhorne and Hollingbourne
  • Continue through these villages and follow the steep hill up onto the downs
  • Take the first right turning (at the water tower also known as White Post)
  • At the next crossroads (known as Black Post) take the left turning towards Wormshill
  • After about 1/2 mile the pub will be found on the right



  • Follow..



  • Take the A2 towards Sittingbourne
  • Continue on the A2 and at Ospringe go straight over the roundabout
  • Take the next left turning towards Newnham
  • Continue through the villages of Newnham and Doddington
  • Take the first right turning after the petrol station as you get to the end of Doddington signed Hollingbourne
  • Continue on this road and take the first right signed Frinsted
  • Follow this road and take the first left signed Wormshill
  • Continue on this road and take the second right (easy to miss) into Frinsted and signed Wormshill
  • At the tee-junction take the left turning towards Wormshill
  • Continue on this road and go straight ahead at its end
  • Go past the church and the pub will be found after about 1/4 mile on the left



  • From the town centre follow the A20 towards Maidstone
  • Continue on the A20 past the villages of Charing and Lenham
  • Just as you get to Harrietsham take the right turning just under the railway bridge beside the school
  • Continue past the houses and follow the road up the steep hill
  • Take the first left fork towards Wormshill
  • Continue until you arrive at the crossroads (known as Black Post)
  • Go straight across and the pub will be found on the right after about 1/2 mile
